Pumpkin Smoothie

1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp. dried ginger
Pin of dried clove
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
